1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern access to Sirmillion ISP Billing System. By creating an account, activating a subscription or using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the named internet service provider or business and agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. An individual using Sirmillion for an organization represents that they can bind that organization.
2. Platform relationship
Sirmillion provides software for ISP billing, subscriber administration, payments, network operations, support and related workflows. A subscribed ISP remains responsible for its own customers, packages, prices, staff, routers, payment accounts, regulatory duties and service delivery.
Sirmillion is not the internet provider to an ISP tenant’s Hotspot or PPPoE customers and does not become a party to agreements between an ISP and those customers.
4. Trial, subscriptions and payment
An eligible ISP may receive one three-day trial. Paid platform plans currently provide access for the purchased duration. Prices and plan details shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
Activation depends on verified payment confirmation from the configured payment provider. Pending or failed requests do not activate service. When a trial or subscription expires, workspace access may be restricted until renewal while stored records remain subject to the retention provisions below.
5. ISP payments and customer transactions
Where a tenant configures M-Pesa or another payment service, that tenant is responsible for its merchant credentials, customer disclosures, pricing, refunds, tax treatment and reconciliation. Sirmillion processes payment events to support the configured workflow but does not guarantee approval by a third-party payment provider.
You must not use the platform for unlawful collections, misleading package offers, unauthorized charges or attempts to bypass payment-provider requirements.
6. Network integrations and safe use
MikroTik, RouterOS, WireGuard, RADIUS and similar integrations can change network access. You are responsible for confirming router ownership, maintaining backups, testing configuration safely and limiting credentials to the permissions required.
You must not connect devices you do not own or administer with permission, interfere with third-party networks, upload malicious scripts or use Sirmillion to gain unauthorized access. Availability of an integration can depend on third-party software, firmware, connectivity and device configuration.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Sirmillion to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, conduct fraud, abuse communications services, overload the platform, probe security without authorization, reverse engineer protected services or evade account and tenant boundaries.
Reasonable rate, storage or operational limits may be applied to protect platform security and reliability. Material abuse may result in restriction or suspension.
8. Customer data and responsibilities
As between Sirmillion and an ISP tenant, the tenant retains responsibility for the customer and operational data it submits. The tenant must have a lawful basis to collect and use that data and must provide required notices to its customers and staff.
You must minimize sensitive information and must not place plaintext router passwords, payment secrets or unrelated confidential data into free-text fields or support messages.
9. Availability, changes and third parties
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, upstream providers, payment services and network devices may affect operation.
Features may evolve for security, reliability or product development. Material changes that significantly affect active subscriptions should be communicated through reasonable platform channels.
10. Suspension and termination
Sirmillion may restrict access for expired subscriptions, security risk, unlawful activity, serious breach or actions that threaten other tenants or the platform. Where practical, reasonable notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided.
You may stop using the platform. Data export and deletion requests are handled subject to account verification, legal obligations, security logs, backup cycles and the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for business decisions, network configuration, customer service and maintaining appropriate independent backups.
To the extent legally permitted, Sirmillion is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, third-party service failures or network changes made outside authorized platform workflows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes, governing requirements and contact
These terms may be updated as the platform and applicable requirements develop. The effective date will be updated and material changes communicated reasonably. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Sirmillion contact page.
