Can it manage both PPPoE and Hotspot customers?+
Yes. The platform is being designed around PPPoE, Hotspot, static and DHCP subscriber accounts, with package enforcement through MikroTik or RADIUS.
Can I connect more than one MikroTik router?+
Yes. Routers belong to network sites, allowing one ISP to manage multiple locations, upstream connections and subscriber networks from one control room.
How are M-Pesa payments handled?+
Wi-Fi buyers choose a package and enter their phone number on the ISP storefront. A verified STK Push payment can then trigger controlled network access without requiring a customer account.
Is this limited to one upstream internet provider?+
No. Safaricom, Starlink, Airtel, Faiba, Telkom and other upstream providers can be recorded independently from subscriber billing and access control.
