Are these prices for my customers’ internet packages?+
No. These are subscription prices for using the Sirmillion management platform. Your ISP creates and prices its own Hotspot and PPPoE packages independently.
Do paid plans have different feature limits?+
The current paid plans provide the same full ISP workspace. You choose a plan based on how long you want the platform account to remain active.
What happens when my subscription expires?+
Access to the ISP workspace is locked until renewal, while your stored ISP records remain preserved. A successful activation payment restores authorized access.
How do I activate a paid plan?+
After creating your ISP account, choose a plan on the activation page and complete the configured M-Pesa STK Push. Activation occurs only after a verified payment callback.
Can referral credit pay for a subscription?+
Eligible referral rewards are held as Sirmillion platform credit. Once the redeemable threshold is reached, the credit can be reserved for a future subscription.
